Prismatic Thicket

Born from the urge to collect what is beautiful, this plein air painting assemblage brings forth the conflict between our desire to posses, and the need for preservation and restoration. While providing moments of awe and respite, this miniature serves as a window through which we can reflect on our relationship to the land, both personally, societally, and historically.
