Betelgeuse Supernova

Betelgeuse Supernova, Nocturne
Betelgeuse Supernova
Massive slash pile bonfire with the Orion Constellation in Bozeman, MT. I skied at night past this burn many times, it took three months to burn out. Betelgeuse, the large red star, often hovered over me. It is predicted to be very near the end of its lifecycle, and will supernova, possibly within our lifetime, resulting in a phenomena rarely witnessed throughout human history.
