Sing to Me of Land and Sea

While walking around San Francisco one day to look at the architecture, I passed this charming window grille. How perfect for a residence in the City by the Bay! Continuing down the sidewalk, I found an inviting garden alongside the building. The tree silhouette through the window is my addition to the scene. Is it a reflection in the window or a glimpse through the room to the open space beyond?
