I'm a new artist, returning after 35 years of no painting. I attended the prestigious St. Louis Art Fair and was inspired by the full moon shining over the "Emerging Art" tent and Painted this nocturne in soft pastels from my memory and photo reference that I took, to serve as something to aspire to.
