Dame's Rocket grows along our roadsides in spring in Pennsylvania, and it's always a delightful mid-spring sight. On the way home from a recent plein air lake session, I saw so much of it, I had to stop and do a painting. Painted 100% en plein air May 2023. I started teaching myself to paint with oils at the end of 2019.
